EU evaluation news: SME Instrument
We would like to inform our customers and other visitors that the European Union and EASME has informed that the evaluation of the Horizon 2020 SME-Instrument proposal is delayed. EASME original ambition was to provide the information regarding the evaluation of the proposal in February however the results of the evaluation are delayed.
The European Union and EASME received close to 3000 proposal in the December 2014, 2363 for SME-Instrument Phase 1 and 629 for SME-Instrument Phase 2.
The original ambition of the European Union and EASME was to inform the project proposers of SME-Instrument phase 1 proposers of the outcome of the evaluation in Februari 2015. However there are delays and the information to the proposers will be sent out later. No official information is currently available regarding when EASME and the European Union will inform the proposers.
There are positive news as well. EASME has informed that it will be possible to fund more SME-Instrument projects than originally expected.
We would at the same time like to inform our readers that there are several threads in different Social Media channels which claim that the information for the proposal submitted in December 2014 is out. Several threads contain incorrect information. The lists provided refer to the previous cut off date in September-October 2014.
