New Training Session: Rules and Administration in Horizon 2020

Ingemar Pongratz from Fenix Scientific AB / Pongratz Consulting is developing. together with a collaboration partner company based in Brussels, a new Horizon 2020 training workshop. The new Horizon 2020 training workshop is focused on the Rules and Administration of Horizon 2020 EU Funded projects

The new workshop will provide information project coordinators and project participants of Horizon 2020 projects on important aspects such as the administrative challenges that Horizon 2020 projects during the proposal negotiation and implementation.

We are also planning to include a practical session(s) where we will present and discuss possible challenges that are common during the implementation of EU funded projects, and also how to solve these challenges before they actually develop into real problems. These challenges such as internal project management, project communication and other key aspects of Horizon 2020 implementation
